KFC is diet food

I was looking at the nutrition content of KFC chicken.  They state that if you remove the skin from the chicken breast and not eat the breading that you only ingest 2 grams of fat.  Now this is serious diet food.

the breading is the whole reason you go to KFC, if you take the damn breading off you may as well just stay home and put a fucckin' chicken breast on the foreman grill. ::)

My next cheat meal this Saturday will be KFC, last time I had KFC was ummm maybe 10 years ago... my wife and me gonna order anything and everything they have  :P :P :P

Problem is I have no idea were the next KFC is in Dublin  :-[

makes sense to me, man. i did it the other day, and while i was at it i went to mcdonald's and got a big mac with no sauce or cheese, then ordered a chicken lover's pizza and just picked off the chicken bits and vegetables. totally worth the $14.

KFC, extra crispy, with a side of mash potatoes and gravy, Mmmmmmmmmmm. Coleslaw, corn on the cob, maybe a large coke. Eight pice family meal all to myself.

I know this site has been mentioned before, but if you're going to start calling KFC diet food you might as well get off getbig and join fantasyfeeder.com.

Just want to let you guys know you are all ASSHOLES!!!!! I'm 2 weeks into the 2nd phase of my diet and KFC is literally 2 freaking blocks from my house. I'm living on eggs, the occasional chicken breasts, 2 cups of green veggies and tons of protein shakes and you fukkers are talking about KFC!!! DAMN ALL OF YOU :)

There's nothing better than some KFC.  I don't care about the fat or anything, but every time I eat it I have to drink a shitload of water because of all the sodium. >:(

Yeah Yeah Yeah :) My boy did that to me the other day in Applebee's with some Mozzarella Sticks. Dieting really sucks, but I will be skinny. Well at least leaner than I am now :)
