Is there anything beneficial whatsoever to training hamstrings and biceps together? Some dudes do it at my gym and it seems wacky. Doesn't whichever muscle group you train first suffer while you train the second? i.e., it goes an awfully long time without post workout nutrition. Discuss.

bro, you can train same kinetic groups - like bis and back or chest and tris - together, or opposite groups - like bi's and chest - together...i'd vary those month-on-month
i think dudes in you gym simply train different parts together to focus on least related areas... all depends on individual
i also agree w/ Detroid - there are no wierd splits - whatever works 4 u bro!
