Word is out that this guy is feeding Frank and Paul with Information about the internal affairs of the federations, because he was not paid for the last 2 years for his achievements and contribution to the Asian federation.  After leaking the exact amounts of how much Paul Chua was receiving from each federation the fingers are pointed at the athletes who are involved in the whole scam but are not getting a piece of the cake

One thing is for sure. Paul Chua IS shitting in his pants, praying that we don't get solid evidence, despite his outward bravado.

Words of wisdom.  Sad, but you're probably right!  It's the apathy that you refer to that's allowed this to happen, especially the bent-judges bit.  But if you're who I think you are (S. Ray), this cynicism is shocking, considering your background as an iconic pro and contest promoter!

I got the following from the Bahrain Bodybuilding federation president (Mohammed Abdulla):
 
Kamal Salam form Qatar (85KG) was tested positive for “trenbolone” in the Asian Championship.  This is the second time he is testing positive –first time being world championship in 2003- an official from Qatar (Ibrahim Mohamed Kafod) was sent to Paul Chua to clear the matter and discuss how much they have to pay to cover the tests and let Kamal do the world championship after 10 days in Korea.
 
The amount is not finalized yet but new from Bahrain is that they will pay a sum of US$100000 to the Asian federation just to let it slip.  The Bahraini federation is not happy with the decision cause having Kamal in the lineup will weaken their chances of scoring.

How come Kamal Salam is in the NPC califonia this week, and he came in 2nd for overall?
