Revelation ....
« on: October 20, 2007, 12:07:42 PM »
...I just had a revelation yesterday so to speak trying to fathom how Serge Nubret ingested 3-5 kg of meat daily . But reading his 50 plus thread which I strogly recommend to any avid bodybuilder I realised he slips info everynow and then . Ever heard of chicken soup ?....well I just had some I grilled 1 kg chickenbreast which amounts to 2 1/2 lbs , and put it in a blender along with 1 can boiling of water , spice blends , white pepper and salt ....I got about 1 1/2 liters of soup which I drank in about 7-10 minutes ..... I just ingested 1 kg of chicken breast in 8 minutes. This will bring protein intake into a new dimention now . So when he said 5 kg of horse meat a day I surely believe it .

 Discuss.

Than in the evening 1 hr before bed time hi did the same thing with turkey breast for a better slip do to the tr hiptophen in the turkey breast.

Takes 3 hr and is not wasting time you add to the blend digestive enzymes ( protease, acid stable protease, bromelain, papain, armylase, pectinase,  I better stop giving more info on the rest of the enzymes before muscle tech takes notes).

what does someone who weights 140 know about nutrition?

keep giving such valuable advise and follow it yourself.

maybe one day you'll be as big as the girls in spin class.

Remember Sergio also did 2000+ sit-ups a day (according to himself) to go along with all that meat intake. Good luck with that. Oh he also had a hip replacement. But yeah he was pretty ripped...  ::)

Next time try the stone ground organic oat flour, the regular not the light flour ,the light is for baking. My self I used every time with my protein shakes 1 serving has 17 g carb , and 4 g fiber, it prevents constipation and is a very good protein spearing carb.
