i hope you dont lift weights daily tho...i see many fitness girls doing too much and not letting their bodies get enough time for recuperation...
I don't think I rest nearly enough to be honest. I teach about 5-8 classes a week depending.
I do a pure weight training day, and then I do an athletic drill/plyometric day.
Currently I am training for a race next month, so I am running 3 days a week for that...so the athletic/plyometric day may have to go.
I rotate my workouts though depending on what my goals are. Right now I am working towards this race.
