I have a love/hate relationship with the competitive aspect.   It was the "other woman" for my ex.  It ruined our relationship.  But I got to meet a lot of great people connected to bodybuilding.  I also learned a lot about the history.

On the other hand...I love the gym.  Some of my friends compete, and I think it is wonderful for them.  I still go to shows if someone i know is competing.

So I guess I do like it.  Plus well built practically naked men all oiled up is never a bad thing.

i hope you dont lift weights daily tho...i see many fitness girls doing too much and not letting their bodies get enough time for recuperation...

Dude, she's had dealings with Shawn Ray...She bitched him out a couple of years ago on Getbig. And usually the females (and trannies ;D) that Shawn deals with are quite fine

I don't think I rest nearly enough to be honest.  I teach about 5-8 classes a week depending.

I do a pure weight training day, and then I do an athletic drill/plyometric day.

Currently I am training for a race next month, so I am running 3 days a week for that...so the athletic/plyometric day may have to go.

I rotate my workouts though depending on what my goals are.  Right now I am working towards this race.
