How much do those plates weigh in the bench vid and the last squat vid?

The 405 for 8 is the only legit vid and nothing special, half the guys in my gym rep 4 plates on squats

Hard to say, he have some acne in the chest area, unusual
for nattys to have.

I suspect drugs but he is short with low bf making him look big,
that size can be attained naturally as well, depends on his age and how many years it took him
to get there.

I am natty, I don't look as freaky as him but I look better than him in some shots

Why do you wear a belt? You don't even have it tightened up in the video. Good lift but it was pretty sloppy and you almost lost it there. . .
