Hey Guys,

I hurt-ed my shoulders a few weeks back after training chest/ back. I probably hurt-ed my left shoulder when doing chins to the back (which i normally don't do) and dumbell pullovers (went ALl the way down)

It is getting better but i am still still having pain/ trouble with

DP for shoulders, half way the movement
Incline dp, top of the movement (flat dp are no problem)
Barbell rows at the beginning of the movement
Barbell curls top of the exercises
Raising my left arm above my head

Pain occurs doing the exercise, but is getting worse half way during my workout.

I am doing a lot of rotator exercises, but it is still ain't healed. Advice/ suggestions are really welcome
