So as i explained in another thread, got 2x4.7lbs of muscletech's all mighty CELLTECH HARDCORE (HAHA) for free and i guess i must give it a try.
I still have some doubts that maybe someone can clear for me:

1.- Is it a must to follow the "preload" phase of this overpriced product? 2 scoops in the morning and 2 more after workout
2.- What is better. 2 scoops after workout or 1 during workout and 1 after workout?
3.- Any other advice = welcome.

no its not a must that you do the loading phase. unless you have some plain creatine also which you could use.

celltech can make you feel pretty bloated so i would wait till pwo to use it.

How about splitting it? 1 scoop during workout 1 after? Or better to go with 2 scoops after workout?

Also as 4 loading phase, i have always believed its nothing but a way to make you waste * products in less time, that's why i ask for some oppinions

well go ahead and try both ways to see how you feel. another option would be to have the shake ready and begin to sip on from the mid point of your workout. personally i like to wait till the workout is over. the only time i use any kind of shake while im training is if im going to do a cardio session right after. when i do that its just a small amount of whey mixed in water and maybe a few bcaas.

the loading phase isnt necessary. if you followed those recomendations you would be back buying another jug of the stuff in no time.

If you load with CELL-TECH the first 5 days and use the maintenance dose the remainder of the time, a 7-lb jug will last you about a month. Therefore, two of those 4.7-lb canister should go for about 5-6 weeks.

I don't think loading is a waste of time. I've done so with CELL-TECH and I liked the results.

I just hope you didn't get the orange flavor........YUUUCCCKKK!!!

I got fruit punch and orange flavor, but havent started with the orange flavor yet

So far i must say the product seems to be ok, whenever i take it, i feel like my heart is bumping faster and sometimes i have a bit of headache, but overall, seems to be a good product, we will see when i finish with it hehe

how about 1 scoop 1 hour prior to training, and one scoop during training.

that would be....closer to ideal.

Im taking one when im halfway done with my workout and another one when i got back to home, seems to be ok so far

i would suggest moving the post workout scoop to pre workout.....

the "during" shake is really a "post" shake becaus eof digestion rates and how long nutrients take to actually enter the blood stream from the time you drink them untill the time you want them to be available to use in your muscles. creatine actually takes about 1 hour to hit the blood stream. the simple carbs in cell tech will stat getting absorbed immidietly though.

for now, use the cell tech, and do it one hour pre workout, and another right before or during your workout. this will be best.

later on, just buy pure creatine monohydrate powder and drink 10 g 1 hour before you workout.

Since you are a smart person, im gonna explain you how did i get it free, just for you.

I went to shanghai in september, bought some chinese art stuff for my friends who's a collector, and now that he went to usa and couldnt find what i wanted (vitargo), he just bought what the people @ gnc miami told him to buy and gave it to me for free, in exchange for what the things i got for him in china.

It's called frienship, and even though i have money (not any getbig punk is going to buy 20+ containers/year from china right?) and i actually couldnt care less spending 40 or 80 bucks, it's not the idea to waste, in this case, a gift (which i got fully free

).

Did you try the original cell tech that came out like 8 years ago or the new Hardcore version...The new one taste alot better than the first version, lol i actually liked the orange in the hardcore the lime is what i hated

They ALL suck. All you need is creatine monohydrate and mix it in with your post workout protien shake. Take all the money you save and go buy some other stuff that works. To answer your question, I have been banned many times BUT all you need to do is renew your IP address and your back in business
