Im wanting whether its ok to use as a carb source instead of say oats in a gainer shake?
I blend 1/2 c. quick oats with 1 scoop Waxiy Maize for carb total of about 67g. I wouldn't use it alone for a meal-shake because Waxiy exits your stomach quick.
After workout, no oats, just waxiy and whey.
