And by the way despite the weight that i do or do not lift i am on Bodybuilding training not Powerlifting
and even if i could i ain't doing 500pnds squat so i presume that why you're "bigger then me"
Now here is a good advise to you take or leave it..try to reduce the weight to half and do the proper movement then maybe you will see some results.
