I can believe that you can do 90 lb dumbell presses from those pics, but 405 bench does sound too high....if you could bench 405 for a single you should be able to do shoulder presses for with like 120.
exactly

that's right - there is no correlation at all  ::)
I never said there was no correlation. I simply stated it isn't dependent on it.

I don't own a digital camera, as you can see those pics that I posted were taken of me at work, not with a pump right after I worked out, I don't have a little helper following me around taking pics and videos of me working out, I got better things to do with my time. Which is my whole point of this, you are waisting your time, your a strong dude, but posting videos and pics of a mediocre physique on a bodybuilding forum all day is just wasting your time. I work out 3 days a week, and enjoy life, I don't keep track of my training taking photos on a daily basis, it's just sad.

I've seen someone 140 pounds rep 315. I have seen someone at 160 bench 320 for 1. I think it is possible.

Well first off I would say he would be doing more if he learned how to get the weight up properly. Sevaste sit with them on your legs and kick them up one at a time dummy.

You see I don't get that...You obviously take/post all these pictures because you want approval and when someone offers you sound advice (getting the weight up properly) you roll your eyes...

Why post pics if you can't at least deal with constructive criticism (Iam not talking about the flamers)...

Don't forget hi is in Romania, Romania has a very good reputation in Olympic weight lifting and I am sure his not on Muscle tech products,  has access to organic natural foods.

On the squats video, even if the plates are 25 lbs that still impressive, that is 250 lbs +44 lbs the bar = 295 lbs, and hi did very easy 10 reps, probably he can do 2 to 3 reps with 405 lbs.

Now i'm not calling 90 pound presses super heavy as i and many others (as well as maybe you) do them.  I am calling BS to your claim those DB's are indeed 90 pounds.

Let the getbig members post their thoughts......i say judging from the plates, they're 70's tops

They look like 90s to me, move in the same way they did when I was lifting them, 70s would look much easier/not move in the same way . Why would he lie about this, wouldn't he say 110s or something more? The bar weighs 5 or 10lb a lot of the time.
