outstanding...i've never seen a natural go past 150lb db for flat

and all with only 2 meals a day...freaking amazing.  I can't help but think of the potential you'd have if you took your nutrition seriously...but if you're just doing it for recreation, so there's really no need for it.


he would be using coleman poundages if he was using steroids (if its true that he is natural now).

Good to finally see some progress vids. Looking swole for sure and very strong!

I agree about falling back with the dumbells.. that way you won't need a spot to get them up on the first rep.

I started to train similar to you and am getting great results. Thanks for the motivation.

Heavy once a week. I am training with my friend whom is a genetic mutan ninja turtle. Older and wiser then me. Now I am making progress again.

As I said before, from what I recall, you live in the NY area. You should hook up with Dennis Cieri for some benchpress training, and get serious about it. You're a fcuking monster in the pressing, a guy like him could really help you maximize your benchpress potential.

Ive just quit Mike Menzters Hit program and am going for the stimulate not annilate training regiem from 30 minutes in the gym to 3 hrs at a maxium of 80% before failure, theres a guy at my gym who has offered to help train me in this technique, so im looking forward to losing the fat and by this guys standards he is almost 50 natural at 5,10 at about 235 very lean and clean.

going from one extreme to another...typical bodybuilders mindset.

do an upper/lower body split....3-4 times a week. mon: lower wed: upper fri: lower mon: upper etc..

or mon:upper tue: lower thur: upper fri: lower ...start over on monday

45-90min in the gym. more than enough. no need to spend 3 hours in the gym, or 17minutes.

focus on the basics. have fun and work hard. muscle groups worked 2 times per week.

I want the extra cardio, the principles are very close to Serges routine.I quit juicing 3 years ago before that i would have made GH15 proud ive tried every routine under the sun.
Ive got nothing to lose by trying this routine my joints are shot i need to lower the intensity and increase volume while not going to failure.

Man, that's just crazy that you don't follow 5-6 meals a day. How many times do you workout each week? I'm just asking because it's amazing you can get that big and strong without the nutrients. Good job dude.

going to the gym shouldnt be cardio. sure you dont have to wait 10min between sets.

let cardio take care of cardio
and let lifting weights take care of building muscles.

you can train lighter at a higher pace sure..(and avoid failure) but still no need to train 3 hours.

dont think in extremes.
