Hey thanks Stavios and everyone!
Let me tell you whats up. Getting ready for a show is a big deal. It cost a lot of money, takes alot of time and it is alot of work. I dont want to be the guy standing around waiting for a callout having no fun. So, I work my ass off to make sure I am good and ready. Preparing for a show is like war for me. My wife knows, when I comitt to a show, its on! Isnt that how it should be?
But I dont have any harsh feelings toward the other competitors. Its actually the opposite for me. At my gym, I get along with the bodybuilders and the guys who show up everyday and just get in the way, I dont give them the time of day. I try to be nice but thats about it. At the shows. I can tell who pretty much who did their homework. You can spot the genetic freaks but you can also spot the guys that didnt put enough into it. I do my prep by myself. That can be tough when you have no one to be accountable to, no one to make sure your on track, no one to put you back on track if your not doing things right. But for me, for the last couple years I have been pretty much doing the same thing with adjustments each year to improve. If you are not improving a little bit with each show, you might need to have someone help you get on track. Anyways Im ramblin on so, keep in touch and thanks again guys. Peace!
