I have to admit, it's pretty amusing how racism is alive and strong in America and how it's pretty much a learned trait.  Also, stereotypes do exist for a reason.  There are roughly 5x the number of black people in jail vs. whites.  Now consider, there are 8x the number of white people in the US, than blacks...crazy.  It's also class related, the more poor someone is, the greater the likelyhood is to steal, sling the crack rock, and have your own record label.
Granted, MTV Cribs is not your typical black person, but it's what the country sees when they turn on the tv.  Watch that show a few times, and you'll have to resist being racist with all your power..hahah  Just some extremely dumb individuals on there.

Kind of along the lines of discussion...The other day driving home on the freeway i saw a jacked-up pick up truck with a logo on the back window that read "REDNECK"...the letters were filled in with the Confederate Flag design...the mug also had a small Confederate Flag on his bumper sticker.  I thought it was pretty sad to see someone so proud that they display something like that on their truck...but that's Wisconsin for you.

  I honestly don't think hilljacks rednecks or whatever display the confederate flag as a sign of racism...they are just proud to be a "country boy" and they somehow relate the rebel flag to that...and Hank Williams Jr. Sure there are a lot of rednecks who are racist,and there are also a lot of white collar people who are racist...but I don't think displaying a confederate flag makes one a racist.
