yes we complicate things way too much as far as training. just be consistant, good form, learn what works, repeat repeat repeat.

yes people do too much different stuff for their bodyparts, i see people do a lot of different things for their chest, flyes, cable cross, dumbell presses and machines, who says one cant get at least the same or better results from doing only heavy bench press one to three times a week.
I also think people focuss too much on weight.
