Stength and Mass

Ive been reading up and i saw that working out 3 times a week on a program with just Bench, Deadlift, BB Rows and squats. Is this true to get some serious strength and some mass gains or would the program im doing now work just as well?

Monday Back & Traps
Pullups
Deads
BB Rows
Seated Row
Shrugs

Tuesday Chest & Shoulders
Bench
Incline bench
Incline flys
Military Press
Side Raises ss Rear Raises

Thursday Legs
Squats
Lunges
Leg ext
Stiff leg deads

Friday Arms
Curls ss Overhead ext
Incline curls ss Scull crushers

Advice would be great.

Im 6 foot 8 by the way just incase my height is any problem with the exercises, Because i have been told by some people i may be too tall?
