As always - EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN IDEA - IT IS THE WRONG ONE COACH....
Physiological explanation of why I have people (myself included) train that way?
Only because I am convinced that this kind of training IS the most intense and the hardest way to train - resulting with greatest muscle fiber stimulation...(exact physiological reason we do exercise in the first place
. Now, difference is - some of us like to do things ALL THE WAY...and some don't...Some like to compete....and some want to win...etc)
Poor Coach...but when you are at the subject - why 30 exercises for lets say chest would be useless WITHOUT IT (what is IT?
) and how does IT make a difference?
Care to elaborate?
I swear Milos, you come up with some off the wall crap!!
1. How can it not be intense and hard, for Christ's you have people doing up to 40 sets PER BODY PART, that in itself is useless and non-productive and you know it......Milos, I seriously want you to tell the real reason why you have your clients circuit train the same bodypart, I think I know...no, I know.. I know!!
2. You can achieve the results by doing the "hundreds" system from 20 years ago as we did when we were training under Jeff Feliciano, same premise, greater muscle stimulation. You know as well as I, you don't 40 freaking exercises to hit one muscle group from any angle, if it's conditioning then I might get it, but even then you don't need 40 exercises, but your claim is for hypertrohy and not conditioning.
