On a positive note

Phil Heath, has definatly been doing his home work. He was staying at Jays guest house, and Jay was teaching him the ropes. He knows he has alot of potential, but he also knows he needs more muscle maturity.Thats why he did the Arnold, and skipped the Mr O. He said he wanted to put on more size and add some more muscle maturity. He has learned alot from Jay, including taking his time, and not rushing his physique. Jay Cutler did the same thing early in his pro career. He took a year off I think it was in 1999 just to put on size, and refine himeslf. Thats why in 2001, he gave Ronnie, a run for his money.
The bottom line is Phil Heath is definatly the future of bodybuilding, lets just hope he doesnt fuck up his body with Synthol or get a gh gut .......John

There is no question that Phil Heath is the one to beat at the 2008 Ironman Pro next year... unless Dexter Jackson decided to enter the Ironman... or Gustavo Badell... or even Toney Freeman...

Should be interesting next year..

I still say he's a touch narrow.  Huge everywhere - just potentially a little narrow.  Might not be a problem though.

Wow - you are obsessed with the King. Read the earlier posts... I said King will qualify for the Olympia if he competes at the Ironman Pro, not win the show.  Must be too much Chevy's Mexican Food in Sacramento this past weekend...  

Now those photo's look like they were taken at the NPC Badger States on November 3rd at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Zelado Center for the Performing Arts in the Helen Bader Concert Hall - so Heath is one huge competitor and ready to get lean and mean for the Ironman.

If there is any justice, obvious synthol in biceps will see Shari penalized and Ron's predictions completely wrong.

HUGE, but I seriously hope he retains his quality once he rips up. It would be such a shame to see yet another pro with amazing lines lose them all in the quest for mass .....
