No, this is not a silly question. You see lots of amateurs and pros who word really hard for a whole off-season and look only slightly different, if that. The Gift just BLEW UP. How'd that happen ???

he actually took an offseason. alot of pros (ala jay) simply stay in near-contest shape during offseason.

Definitely the freakiest (non-synthol looking) arms on the scene today. Clavicles are a problem but only at the Olympia/Arnold level. Phil can win every other show easily. Will have hands full with Victor, Dex, Jay, Wolf & Freeman when they're on.

WOW :o :o :o!!! I can't believe how huge he has gotten in only a few short months!  If he doesn't loose the new muscle while he diets he will be a major force at the Arnold and O.
