Diet at this time is mainly fish, veggies and egg white with some extras. I have a commercial spin bike in my house or I will do a spin class at my work so it's either 40 mins to 1 hour of intense spin or since we live on the beach, I will walk for about 60-75min or 5-6 miles 6 days per week depending on how I feel.

I did live in HB but not on the beach, about 2-3 miles inland it's a little cheaper, for the past 4 1/2 years I've lived in Sunset Beach about 100ft from the sand and I was renting, but my landlord offered me to buy the place I live in now and I'm taking it, it's expensive but worth it considering they are letting me buy about 4-500,000 thousand below market so I'm walking in to quite a bit of equity.

I have a great rappor with my landlords, always on time or ahead with my rent and all of our neighbors look out for each other and know each other very well so it's also a very safe neighborhood for my son, we live in a 1200 sq ft apt and they live on top, it's a 2 unit apartment, I can do one of two things, level it and build to suit and my equity would go up about 1.2mil or remodel and get about 4500-5000g's in rent and that would leave my house payment at about 2-2500.00. Yes, we are very fortunate to have this opportunity.
