I'm assuming it's just diet and cardio right now and diuretics if needed at the end.
Yes, IMO, thats the way it should be, diet, diet, diet and cardio, too many guys are relying on chems to get the fat off and tend to slack in training, I have always said "if you don't feel like shit, you're not dieting hard enough", you guys have to remember that I am truly old school and firmly believe that works best. Diuretics are fine only IF needed and done correctly, but for the most part diet and cardio should take care of 90-95% of conditioning.
