patric, ok, i'm 30 and 200lb, when i was training at college, i weighed in at 225, ok my b/f was prob 9-10% and i looked pretty good.( ithought) I want to get back to where i was. loads of things kept me from training consistently in the past 6 or 7 years.. injuries, personal shit etc. i have put time in the gym thanks.
