In that video from last year's nationals, Jeff basically had the same problems he had this year: conditioning.

What he did in the interim year was slap on a lot of muscle and move up a weight class. It's pretty impressive for a 5'6 guy to compete as a superheavyweight.

I was just at the grocery store, and was looking through their bbing mags. This guy was in a MHP ad on the back cover of the Ironman December issue.

He looked just beastly. Says he's 5'6 at 280 lbs (thanks to MHP products, of course

)... Funny part was where it said that three years ago, he'd walk into the gym and not get noticed. Here we are blaming high dosages of GH and slin for rapid massive growth, when in reality it was those damn MHP products all along!

A big bloated blob. That ooks healthy ? Just the look that bodybuilding should be going for ? Another illustrated photo of why competitive bodybuilding has gone way beyond even looking good aesthetically & health wise.

I took those pics of Jeff for the MHP ad. I didn't ask him to step on a scale but I'd say he was definitely in the 275-280 range and confirmed he was. Brah is HUGE. There's a pic of him in my MuscleMag column this month too looking monstrous.
