thats why i can be superior off of pushups normally only gettig 5-8 reps a set reaching about 700 per day its alot of sets. your body only knows when it cannot push anymore and then the set is ended. just like if i were to use 275 on the bench, sure thats way more than a pushup but after a few reps the body will fail and the set will be ended. people need to stop lifting so heavy its really stupid

Brutal misunderstanding the Fiber type I & II concept and missing the point that type II only reacts to "heavy reps" ::)

that's exactly what happens bro.... it takes x amount of tension to "engage" type IIs... not only that, when type I are stimulated more for x amount of times, type II and IIIs (the mutators) acutally "converts to type I!...

dude the whole chest flexes and tenses regardless of weight, even on the last rep when you are pushing all you got. an inclined pushup uses about 75 percent of your weight too so someone weighing 200 that 150 pounds and drag that over MANY SETS and tell me if that isnt a good chest workout. yeah of course the first set benching 150 you might get 40-50 clean reps and killer burn but the next set and every set there after you wont rep much over 12 -15 a set of course if you wait 2 minutes to do another set you could get more reps

Now with your roid connection gone you have no choice but to be normal. So in order to deal with the feelings of being skinny you want to put down all that wish to be big. Am I right?

You're only looking at the biomechanical aspect of things; it's more complex than that; type I fiber don't volumize; only the type II do. And to do so, they need to increase their various receptors which comes only from a certain type of "stimuli", which is short an intense.

Type II are like monster truck shocks; they can take a lot of shit and only "break down" under instense tension. Break down = receptor buildup = volumization...

   Train like a power lifter. Bench once per week and do an assistance movement fours days after bench day such as close grip bench. Train your close grips in the same manner and aggressiveness as flat bench and go for as much weight in close grips and your regular bench will explode.
   I was at one point repping 315 for 6 reps in close grip bench press.
Also train your back with one exercise only and do it same day as bench, right before you bench too. I would recomend bent over barbell rows. Do these on assistance day as well.
   I went from 385 to 445 in 12 weeks.
              WARNING: mind your shoulders dude. I fucked mine up by not warming up enough on the 12th week.

 "ell I thought I was doing pretty good w/#365 bench for 5 reps one day. When out of nowhere this big guy in dirty sweats...........must have been 6'2 around 300 pounds warm up w/315, then tossed another 45 on. He then pressed the 405 up and down so fast and under control that the plates rattled loud. ( God I love that). I lost count after 10 reps. He then tossed another plate on for 495 and rattled that for around 5 reps with ease. He then through his sweat towel over his shoulder picked up his bag and walked out the door as his friend unloaded the bar for him.
   No matter how strong I may have felt before I was humbled to say the least. This dudes forearms where like Popeye's, and the rest of him was nuttin but muscle too.
