you look terrible, you obviously are weak as a kitten. Take up another hobby(maybe pottery or knitting so your forearms won't break). Quit you are only taking up space in the gym and using equipment that serious people could be using.

You did a good job setting up the lighting to maximize every possible amount of definition. Kamali would be proud.

You forgot to mention that the pic was with no pump, bad lighting, and your good camera was broken.
You also forgot to mention that you were much bigger last year before various events forced you to lose an appreciable amount of size, but this was the only picture you have currently.

You have much to learn about posting pics, but again, I do commend you on the lighting.

Did you lose your job recently? Just wondering, because you look like a failure. I'd imagine that transcends all aspects of your life.

Hepatitis is not a lucky diagnosis to receive, while Hep A, B, D & E are harmless for the most part (Unless B exacerbates) Hep C can be very deadly and isn't curable.

Due to the nature of you comment, "yeah sadly it wasnt hepatitis, not that lucky," the next worst thing would be either HIV or Cancer.
