Hepatitis is not a lucky diagnosis to receive, while Hep A, B, D & E are harmless for the most part (Unless B exacerbates) Hep C can be very deadly and isn't curable. 

Due to the nature of you comment, "yeah sadly it wasnt hepatitis, not that lucky," the next worst thing would be either HIV or Cancer.
