You need more than big arms to have the best Front double bi.

Namely, a good waist to shoulder ratio, lats visible from the front, proportioned legs and a chest which doesn't disappear when the arms go up.

The last part is key, so you can take Lee priest and his "8 pack" out of the equation....never had any chest whatsoever to speak of.
