Hey everyone;
I recently started a 5 x 5 and so far I'm loving it. (MY GOAL IS TO GAIN MORE MUSCLE), I'm not too worried about my body fat, as its fairly low...around 10% i would imagine. Anybody here lift 3x per week, and if so, how do you vary your protein intake on off days?
On workout days, I make sure to get the grams of protein i take in to equal my bodyweight (in pounds); i.e. 200g for 200pounds.
My question is: Do you fellas try to get just as much on off days, or is it ok to have a little less, ect.
