whats my bf% here and can i be stage rdy in under 28 days?
Im currently on
Test prop 100mg EOD
Tren ace 100mg M W F
50mg winn ED
Adex 1mg ED
t3 50mcg(just started this)
25mg E 200mg C 2x day
cardio 7x week on empty stomach
diet is high pro no carbs or fat
Anything i can do to catch up?I will also be using diurects.As long as i come in OK conditon i should do well since its teen divison

no you cant,,this is 10% and soft 10%,,lack density ,, and lack muscle espcialy for what you use,,

eliminate t3,,eliminate everytyhing! only stay on trenbolona ace and very low propioneta for about 3 months,,no more t3 no more arimidex no more this balonie,,this lok like bunk or semi bunk or completely bodybuild who doeant care about bodybuild but i believe its not the case..so i belive its either bunk products or semi bunk products ,, so make sure source is ok ,, what is your weight? height?
just not enough muscle ,, even if you diet down and get to 7% it wont be enough muscle ,,legs are ok but again ...this is physiqe i have seen on true naturals that been to halodrol and some bunk testosterona etc
i do thin you have potential if you go on legit products,, but this is going to take some time more like 3-6 months to build yourslef into conditioned size that will be able to make damage in competition ,, not years but months
