I don't seek to out anyone. Neither do I seek to throw in the proverbial "I told you so".
What I do ask is that you both acknowledge that I WAS NOT LYING. You both claimed that what I said was not factual in nature. You both said that the idea that there were multiple users behind the gh15 account was falsehood with no substantial proof.
Well, the proof was provided:
Did I make this up? Did I force the hand of whomever controlled the gh15 account then to write such things in order to some day be able to point this out? Did I work some miracle that allowed me to go back in time and change things?
The answer to those questions is a resounding NO.
Can you both, at the very least, admit that I was not in fact lying? Even if your heart tells you that what I state is not true (for whatever reasons), can you at least admit that the proof is now here and very clear for you and all to see?
I even pointed out before that for a man to have dignity, his words must have conviction. Your LEADER (and I shall call him/them that because BustinAss stated he calls no one his God & clearly a God would indeed be infallible), claimed he would never leave this site, unless death or sickness fell upon him.... Well, did he not go back on his words?
All I ask is that you both, at the very least, admit that none of these words were lies and that, if anything, I merely but regurgitated truths that were stated by your own LEADER.
After that can be established, can we then HOPEFULLY address my one and only true concern, which is to have gh15 speak of the recent death threats to members on this site?
All I ask is that the death threats seize from your end. That would make me happy and I will go about my gay ways...

P.S. Pellius & BustinAss, maybe after all is said and done, you boys can reconsider and maybe stay here. I think you both fit the mold around these parts and have a lot to contribute. You can ditch it and take it in return, that's the GetBig spirit.
I'll try to address the points in your thoughtful post in order.
OMR, I have never ever called you a liar. Ever. Maybe you missed my post about what constitutes a lie but people seem to not know or understand what a lie is. A lie is NOT saying something that is not true. A lie is saying something they YOU KNOW is not true. It is a deliberate attempt to deceive. I never doubt for a moment that you believe what you say. I simply, in my opinion, believe you are wrong. Just like you believe I am wrong when I say that gh15 is one person. You think I don't believe that? You think I am lying when I say that?
To your point regarding gh15 saying that he will never leave this board unless by death and sickness. Yes, he did say that and yes he did leave. Did he lie? Again, and I know you will think I am skirting the issue and trying to hand wave myself out of it, but really, statements and declarations like that are made and broken constantly given the context and the change in circumstances. And again does it meet the definition of a lie? When he said that did he believe it at the time? Did he know that he would leave the board in the future? I myself have said that this was the greatest board on the net. I don't anymore. Does that mean I lied? That I didn't really mean it at the time? The board I believe has changed. It has changed for both me and gh15 and others and so our feelings have changed. When someone tells another with the utmost sincerity that they love him or her and then in the future they stop loving them, maybe even hating them, does that mean they lied when they initially expressed their love? When making the marriage vow "until death do us part" does that mean you lied when you ask for a divorce?
Now I do not remember ever saying that I didn't believe you or anyone that gh15 ever said he was more than one account. It was always pretty much a non issue for me and never really gave it much thought. gh15 is an internet entity that no one, or very few, people know who is behind the account. I've always made it clear that I'm more concerned with what gh15 stands for and what he believes. But, to save you the burden of searching through my post history, if I ever stated categorically that the gh15 account never made a post implying or stating out right that he is more than person then I am clearly wrong.
As for you insisting that because of that post gh15 made that it is infallible proof that it is a group account I ask you, how is that proof? Because he says so? He also said the account is just one person far many times. How come you discount those claims? Because someone says something is so does not make it so. You can believe him or not but it is certainly not proof. Proof would be something like posting a picture of himself under his account name holding a sign proclaiming himself gh15 and the God of Hormones. (BTW, I'm surprise that you would take his claim as being god literally. How many people have proclaimed themselves God of whatever. When James Cameron shouted out to millions of people, "I'm King of the World!" Did anybody really take him seriously as actually being a King of anything?). If Special Ed or Blockhead ever claimed, as I think has been stated or implied, that they are behind the gh15 account why don't they just prove it? So many were certain beyond a reasonable doubt that it was Nasser and that it was Nasser and insist that there is now an even different person posting as they can "see" the writing style has changed. Again Overlord said it best that no one knows (though I imagine a few do) who is behind the gh15 account. Some believe it's a group account more believe it's single person. bigmc "knows for a fact" that it's Brad.
If there's anything I missed or you need clarification please feel free to ask. You are the one of the few here that I can have a disagreement with and be able to talk it out in a civil and reasoned manner. In discussions and debates such as these my intention is not necessarily agreement or proving who is right or who is wrong but rather clarity. Just being crystal clear what the other person is saying and believes.
