That Nasser is one strong dude

Someone claims he's strong, yes.. Levrone on the other hand has proven to be superioir in strength to nasser, not to mention much more successful on stage. It's sad nasser nut huggers have to come up with BS claims like this, trying to 'elevate' him, when in fact they're owning him and making him the laughing matter of the message board.

So wheres the clip? I can only see some pics.

Heres the way its meant to be

damn, kevin was a strong bencher. notice the full rom for those reps at 220 and the condition he was in. his form was near perfect on every set and took the time to set up perfectly before every rep as opposed to shaking his head and yelling 'nothing but a peanut'. consequently, he was nice and tight and the reps were smooth.

when ronnie does 220 he doesn't do full rom for most of his reps but he does do the hardest part quite smoothly. his set up wasn't as tight as levrones or as focused imo, which may have been the reason why his shoulders were somewhat askew while he was doing it (his left shoulder was a bit high) which actually makes the lift harder.

all up i think ronnie would be stronger than levrone in the bench (he kills him on the other compounds), but it's not hard to see why levrone had outrageous triceps (since heavy benching has more to do with strong tris than pecs). pound for pound though, i would put my money on kevin if there was a comp.

not sure what came first (chicken or the egg) with levrone as he had great tris, delts and chest early on in his career and apparently was a gifted bencher. what i mean by that is, was it dedicated attention to the exercise itself that produced those tris or did it have more to do with his genetics. i know it was some of both, just curious as to which was the biggest factor.

Show me a pic of Levrone doing incline barbell press with 495.

Show me a pic of Levrone doing incline barbell press with 495.

how about a video of a female bber benching 5 plates aside for reps like it's nothing.

does that mean she's stronger than nasser? afterall, there is actually video evidence of her doing reps as opposed to one pic of nasser unracking it. it appears that the she-beast fan club would have you by the balls iti. they could rightfully claim that (said female bber) is stronger than your boy based on the fact that they have the evidence.....as opposed to you.

btw, your assertion that someone that is benching 315 at the end of workout indicates that he is capable of reppin 100lbs at the start is ridiculous beyond belief, but to say that this indicates that he could do 200lbs more at an earlier stage of his career (even though there is no discernable indication that nasser has lost strength) displays delusion beyond insanity.

Nasser training seated calf raises with two plates
Nasser doing partial deadlifts with 220 lbs
Nasser pumping biceps with a 30lb dumbell
Nasser pumping with tiny weights

WHAT A F'ING BEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAASSSSS SSTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

Nasser had zero work ethic. He got some size because he stole steroid info from Milos. All drugs. That's why he never had enough muscle maturity to be the best.

Truth hurts, bigpoops, doesn't it?

LOL I think I speak for the majority when I say that generally a bodybuilding fan would rather look like a bodybuilder who places better than the next one, i.e. I would rather look like Milos over Nasser!

i dont think that the plates are fake.

flex only started using fake plates after jp got hurt.

however, cant be certain that nasser did a full rep.

he could have unracked the weight, then brought it down a 1/4 or 1/2 and then had ian re-rack it.

the pic just shows nasser unracking the weight.

Classic Getbig 'fact'.  Although it does make some degree of sense, there is (as far as i'm aware) no evidence to confirm this and based entirely on assumption.

Any evidence you want to share?

bigbobs lets take for example a Flex photoshoot with Alex Fedorov

Its clearly fake, no one can reverse grip milirary press this weight...
You mean that these plates are actually "real" as Nassers incline bench and so other photoshoots? ::)

Oh as for the pic you requested, here

Actually its a real onem no fake facial expressions, no fake weight FULL BLOWN BABY  ;D

lol, bogboobs makes this shit up as he goes along. never before in the history of getbig has anyone been so deluded and full of lies at the same time. goodrum comes close but, at least he tried to tell the truth most of the time.

fake plates have been used by weider media for as long as i've followed bbing at least, about late 1980s.

one pic in muscle and fitness (didn't even have flex back then) shows the golds crew at the time, consisting of the likes of alzado, gaspari, mcclish, eversons, etc and i vividly remember mike christian standing on one end holding 3 45s on his outstretched hand like a waiter would flamboyantly hold up a plate of food. zero strain on his face or body (he was wearing the typical string tank of the times) and that big shit eating grin he always had on his face (cocaine is a hell of a drug). even at 12 years of age it was obvious to me that these were fake plates.

I know myself, if I do incline bench at the start of my workout I do 225 for 7-8 reps.  However, if I do it as my last exercise I get about the same # of reps with 175 lbs only.  That's a 50 lb difference, or 29% of the weight used when doing it as the last exercise.  29% of 315 lbs = 91.35 lbs, therefore I find it very reasonable to assume he would lift 405, which is 90 lbs greater, for the same # of reps at the start of his workout.  If you drop the reps and take a point when he was a bit stronger in his career, then 495 for 1-2 reps is very reasonable.
