About Nasser's benching, like I said he doesnt do barbell bench presses much in his videos, however I can post pics from his videos of doing 150 lb dumbell bench press, 315 lb incline (at the end of his chest workout in Part 3), and another 315 incline during precontest in Nasser Part 2.  Keep in mind that during precontest mode Ronnie didnt go higher than 315 in a recent BFTO video.  I can also post pics of him curling 255, deadlifting 585, stack + 45 lb seated cable rows, 150 lb dumbell pullovers, etc.
