For starters I can't post a video, so I can only post "snap shots". isn't that what "titusisback" was asking for?

A non-team-Nasser member acknowledged taht he saw the video and nasser was curling the weight, so much for your "reverse grip shrug" theory.

well, if that's how you're prone to interpret a barbell curl then, no, there really isn't any point you posting them.

however, the title of the thread suggests that there is a 'video clip' in existence of nasser inclining 495lbs for reps which is a lie perpetrated by you.

well you guys can blame or credit me....it all started when I woudnt stop bitching at the board because pretty much everyone was ignoring and discrediting Nassers first interview with BB.com....I was suprised because everyone used to complain how bullshit most pros interviews are and all the lies and mistruths in the sport. So here was Nasser doing what they always wanted and they were just ignoring it. So I just kept ranting, and then finally Bluto started team Nasser sort of as a joke, but then it took off. So thats the story.

but in the end im glad because it brought a lot of attention to his interviews. which I think is a good thing for the sport overall.

lol, it's called "video clip shot" If you dont believe me, just re-read the thread title. It's a video clip of a shot of him doing 495 lbs. You'll find that on the first page. No lie there.

Anyway, I may not post pics anymore because it seems like the people who are asking for them (you, titusisback, etc.) are the type to make excuses for whatever they see - if not criticizing the range of motion will be questioning how many reps it was for, or saying the bar is not bending, etc. lol

nasser was pretty huge but the only thing that bugged me was his hair loss and glasses. if he would've fixed that he probably would've been better. still think levrone, flex, and cormier looked better than him.

cormier is stronger he actually he has done 405 for 12 reps incline which equates to just over 500lbs on a one or two rep max (if using bodybuilding.com calculators are to be believed) but he's not only a better bodybuilder than nasser (and looks better) but he's also stronger and lighter. Team Nasser owned once again.
