Consider this a tribute to the almighty, the huge, the everlasting, the ever-posting, Nasser El Sonbaty, who at 42 years of age has grown larger in retirement than in active competition and has effectively assumed a "father figure of bodybuilding" roll in the industry as of late; that's right, Nasser is the new Joe Weider; Nasser is doing more to foster good bodybuilding these days than any other human on earth...Nasser we owe you alot and we are more appreciative than you may know.
I will forever remember Hells Bells as Nasser's most signature contest and guest posing song; after seeing him guest pose to it, I remember listening to it on my workout playlist for a good 3 months after the show...
See contrary to what has been popular opinion up to this point, the most muscular
really was the only pose Nasser needed in his routine; that's actually an accurate statement, people faulted him for his lack of transitions and pretty much overall lack of any other pose
except the most muscular, but in hindsight I think his refusal to incorporate any other shot was a direct result of his calculated genius; he said it all with Hells Bells and most musculars, and I hope to illustrate the point here in this very thread. I just wanted to say thanks for the memories, Nasser, and thanks for your very active involvement in the sport; we are your army and we will keep this movement rolling until we are all better for it here at legendary, industry-leading, trend-setting, GETBIG.com. We indeed ARE the industry; and as always, if it didn't happen on Getbig, it just didn't happen!
