Ok, here's the scoop:
150 lb dumbell presses is NOT impressive in case you didn't know that. My personal best is 6 x 140 lbs at around 240 lbs. My contest weight is around 200 lbs. Nasser is around 30-35% heavier both offseason and onstage. So, he should be pushing 200 lbs. Him pushing 150 lbs dumbells is less than he lifting his own bodyweight! Pathetic!!
Newsflash!!! That's what strong pros such as Coleman do! Translation: Nasser is weak in this exercise. And since this thread was about presses, discussing this further is pointless. We can also safely assume that nassers bench using a barbell is weak. Otherwise, there would be a video available to prove otherwise.
