300lbs is not health conscious. Have you ever heard of the J-curve mortality chart? Nasser needs to lay off the hormones and ease up on his heart. Yates claims to be 250, but in his most recent video looks probably ~220. All the best to Nasser though, I do wish he would just move on with his life though. Some things probably should just stay in the dark as none of this really can help bodybuilding. Maybe Nasser is bitter though.

If Dorian Yates was still 300 lbs then you would not be arguing that Nasser is not health conscious.  You know Dorian has shrunk (although not as small as some others), and your defence to that is that Dorian is being health conscious, so you apply that same blind argument against Nasser by suggesting he must not be health conscious since he is bigger than Dorian    If Dorian were that health conscious he would not be a top-level bodybuilder for so many years.  Who is to decide that the health conscious will stay at a certain bodyweight for a certain number of years and then shrink to a specific bodyweight for the remainder?

I'd like team nasser to find out (if possible) how nasser's planning to contribute to the society now that he's wealthy and retired.

Not everyone who donates likes to publicize it.  Especially when it is done out of the kindness of your heart and not to get recognition and respect from common people.

BigBobs, like I said I have no animosity towards Nasser. You seem too defensive. 300lbs is not healthy for anyone. It puts a huge strain on the cardiovascular system.  I think if Yates wanted to he could be 300lbs, but he says he wants to focus more on martial arts and cardio which he does 3 times per week. I think Dorian realizes how much damage he did to his body during his competing days and wants to extend his life as far as possible. Like I said before, I have nothing against Nasser. But being that heavy is not very healthy for anyone.

Ok, so there is no known donations made by nasser, ever. I wish he had the decency to contribute at least a fraction of his multi million dollar fortune to those in need.

Well, if he has prescription for it, then he must've supressed his own hormone production entirely by using various substances.. that's sad, really.

- According to unverified rumors, Sato has screwed 12,905 bitches in his neighborhood; obviously he's getting influence from Nasser, the babe master himself!!
- Sato is the only retired dog over 100 lbs with ABS!
