Larry (from get-big LLES).............this picture is from the second show (wasn't as bad as some of those other pictures show)
you can see my "genetics" aren't as bad as a lot of people think (wide shoulders,relatively small waist etc etc)

Larry (LLES) was incredible with my diet/training .............he was sorely missed the second show (he moved out of state)

Larry and Marty (IFBB Pro Marty Vranicar) are/were two great guys to have as friends/advisers!

Larry had me weigh all my food,count every gram of protien/carbs/fat...............
write everything down,very specific................ .
second show i didn't write things down/did not weigh food,count grams of anything (thought i could do it all by "eye")
i didn't even look at my food journals from the first show
you all saw what happened!

Mike,remember a puffy face is a bad thing. When you gonna start training abs,,,also,,u honeslty need to workout harder,,or soemthing is wrong with your body,,u look like shit,,and your on sauce,,i promise you wont even make top 3 ...unless there are 3 competitors... $:-\$ ..truth,,whats up with the gyno in your nipples.

true, but mike has alot of work to put in as far as achieving a good allround physique in competition. he could smash his class with some improvements, like bigger quads and calves, from the pic of his latest contest.
