i did the same thing for a long time and got a similar look. i think wide-ish grip dips are the secret to reversing this
damn...i have a dip rack at my house but it is a standard width....i have to find a wider one.....
also my chest woes have been documented previously on this boared many times (by me mostly) so any advices
