it takes a solid 2-3 years just to hire and train a new agent. cant be done overnight. and why does bush hold all of the responsibility for everything? like i said, when it comes to law enforcement, he has almost northing to do with what goes on. he can fire the head of the CIA, he can hire a new security chief. but thats it, he doesnt make decisions for them, or tell them what to do

did we have any counter terrorism before 911? did clinton do anything about this after we were attacked? why not
