as a sophmore in highs school (last year) i took the s.a.t.'s with out studying at all, nbever been in an advanced class to be educated on the stuff they test on...and,, was hungover and got in a fight the night before......still got my highs record for highest score. and.....needless to say, i also hold my schools unofficial, but uncontested, record for best physique, as well.

and hell yes i have gained mass while losing all of that fat...i had only been lifting for one year when i started to diet, and my protein consumption went up in both quantity, quality, since i started that diet, as well as my knowledge of how to workout, and how to eat...it has been a year and a half since then and i am much larger in terms of amount of muscle than i was back then.

Among all these claims of "knowledge", you still fail to produce a single shred of evidence, nor show any real knowledge regarding proper BF estimates.

and besides...test results dont equal intelligence...   what i have in academic smarts was far outweighed by what i didnt have in social/street smarts...i am slowly learning the latter of the two.

i was carrying alot more fat in those pictures than i am now.... those are all at least two months old. my knowledge in regards to diet, meal timing, pre/post workout nutrition, muscle growth since the time of those picture has grown exponentially as well.
