Incredible poundage bro. Mind giving me some bench advice? I'm trying to break 200 but have been stuck on it for 6 years.

I use 235-240 pounds and do 6-8 reps with good form. I warm up with 135 to 185, 185 is too easy and doesnt do much.
Its an individual thing like everything else, but this is an exercise i never used to do, and really like them. D-bells suck and expose you more to a rotator cuff injury in my opinion.

He uses 235 for shrugs and you can always shrug alot more than you can bench, so this kid could teach us all how to break 185, maybe even 200 on the bench one day. Shoot for the stars, huh SirCraps...
