I dieted down to 220, and did 440 lbs in contest, at @19 years old.
I have no idea how many I could do at 225 or so though, never tried. More than two I guess
And lifting 225 many times and saying you lift 500 + lbs , because of that If you've never tried is idiotic, I tried 517 lbs, with shirt and a 9,7 cm plank. And you can't compare that to lifting easy weight many times.
