When doing biceps curls - make sure to do some seated calf raises as well...If you are "synchronized" you could make it look really good (slow eccentric biceps curl - lower your foot so the lowest point is exactly when your arms are completely stretched...Pause for a 2 seconds and than with ZERO MOMENTUM Squeeze your biceps and calves simultaneously - making sure that PEAK CONTRACTION at the top of the movement gets you a cramp in at least one of those two muscles.)
Do it - properly (squeeze muscle in each and every rep - like your life depends on it...and I say that as I see a lot of people nowadays accepting that lifting weights isn't really for the sake of "lifting weights" but STIMULATING TARGETED MUSCLE instead...and if stimulated according to specific needs - SPECIFICS just might happen!)
