No matter how good your training is, if you dont feed the body right , its useless.
Are you a retard or something?
Feeding the body "right" starts with the amount of calories you eat, not with the grams of protein. That = the main issue here. You can not burn fat effectively without calorie control, and you can not gain muscle effectively without calorie control, and you can not burn fat and gain muscle at the same time for an extended amount of time anyway.
Neither fat burning nor muscle building = possible without a deficit or surplus of calories, regardless of your protein intake.
Eating lots of protein on a calorie deficit won't enable you to gain muscle, eating lots of protein on a calorie surplus won't allow you to drop down in BF over time.
In other words, calorie control is the key that allows for training progress, wheter it is done deliberately (the smart way), or by ones normal non conscious behavioural patterns (big eaters tends to get big, because they eat many calories).
Protein counting = basically worthless without calorie control.
"Good eating" in the BB land = therefore dependant on the daily energy intake, with protein being a minor factor. Counting protein without calories = therefore a big mistake.
