All i can tell you that i looked much better on high protein foods, rather than simple carbohydrates. I dont like eating protein and drinking shakes, so you try something else like the adonis principles.

You dont have to eat meat all the time as your protein source.
whey protein
eggs
fish
chicken

all healthy food. Your body really doesnt need sugar at all, but it is advised to take sugars during and after your workout. Try not eating protein at all, and see what happens. ''High-protein is bad for your health'' is a myth.

You re missing the point here. Nubret is the type of guy that can afford it to eat just once a day. Thats called genetics. Im talking about the regular people than cant get away with that.

you're missing my point.  You went from a diet propounded by supplement hucksters to one advocated by some dude looking for attention on a message board. and now you're going to see-saw right back.  Try using a little bit of sense.  CRON has been proven to extend life and increase muscle mass in animal test subjects.  The scientific consensus is that it is the only diet that does this.  Research it for yourself before you decide to start planning your nutrition around the advice of another snake oil salesman.

Its plain logic, not only milos has no use of promoting a high-protein diet, why would he?

The problem with your post here is that you never quantify the amount of protein needed, no precision. All you say is that protein = needed.

Unless you quantify exactly how much protein you think is needed, your entire post = worthless.
