The Adonis Principle is full of shit

What happens on the adonis diet:

- you slow down you  metabolism
- you lose muscle tissue
- you gain more fat longterm
- you look like shit on  this diet
- you lack the most important and only'' building block'' protein
- not healthy


It could work for some genetically blessed folks, but for 90 % people i wouldnt advise it.

The adonis PRinciple also says'' if you lift, you cant lose muscle, no matter what and how much you eat'' hahahah how the hell did i believe this crap.

I looked better than this, this is what the A \-Principles will do to you, you do lose some fat, but mostly muscle tissue.

The calories on his diet aren't that low that it lowers metabolism and it's not a 0 protein diet either.

His diet is full of bad fats, a deficit in the most important thing called 'protein''. His diet is great for your energy-level, not for losing fat and gaining muscle. Tom and jerries ice will not build any muscle. Neither will cookies or redf weine as calories. Adonis makes the big mistake thinking calories will build muscle. Sugar will build zero muscle, all that simple carbohydrates and bad fats will only set you back.

that's your problem.  You're trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.  Focus on one thing at a time.

This is known as CRON.

It is also the only proven method of life extension.
