What happens on the adonis diet:
- you slow down you metabolism
- you lose muscle tissue
- you gain more fat longterm
- you look like shit on this diet
- you lack the most important and only'' building block'' protein
- not healthy
It could work for some genetically blessed folks, but for 90 % people i wouldnt advise it.
The adonis PRinciple also says'' if you lift, you cant lose muscle, no matter what and how much you eat'' hahahah how the hell did i believe this crap.
