I know there are a lot of question about this, but in my case, don't say I have to exercise because I do. It's been 4 months that I go almost every 2 days to an exercise group (step, cardio, body conditioning and bootcamp). My goal is not to lose weight because I'm currently healthy weight and look slim I never lost or gain weight in my life.
I think I have weak abs and I don't necessarily want to have strong abs, only want to lose the fat? Do abs exercise turn fat into muscle ? What can I do. Please don't say do more cardio because I Know I will lose weight somewhere I dont want to.
