But what I dont understand about Mike's advice is that he stated to cut back on red meat..I eat 3 oz of red meat a day and since feb 8 I have lost 27 llbs. Grant it my diet is very strict and havent steared from it and train 6 days a week straight cardio

I agree with you, red meat is fine in moderation when losing weight.  dang I will eat plenty of red meat while dieting for a comp.  I think Mike's overall point was that generally red meat is lower in calories so this may be good on a weight loss diet.  But for me leanish red meat will boost my metabolism, cause i try to get in a fat burning metabolism.  And your 3 oz red meat will do just that (what is that 2 bites?)  its when you start eating a lb of hamburger per sitting that you might get in trouble LOL, God do I know!!

need more definition...only cuts are in calves, tibs, and bicep  >:(

This log is a farce.  Medford dont even train, never really did.

I dare her to get in shape, she wouldnt know what to do if she did.

Run dont walk, plenty of fatsos "walking" around for excersise.  Its gotta hurt, cant be easy.  Keep that mouth shut too, so very little food or drink goes in it.
