I'm doing very well. I'm at the gym at 5:30 every am..which means I'm up at 5. I'm up to 50 mintues of moderate to high cardio. Food intake is going super well. My second weigh in at weight watchers was -4.8 which brings first two week total to minus 13.6 llbs. Before I started the gym on 2/8 I was suffering from sleep apnea and in the process of getting my breathing machine. Now I sleep through the night and I dont even have the breathing machine and I dont think I will order one. I feel soo much better and have a long road ahead of me. As long as I keep doing what I'm doing. Thanks for asking by the way.

You are doing really good , and that's great news about the apnea , it's hard to sleep with that machine and you're already getting better sleep without it  :D

I give you credit for all the hard work you're doing , it ain't easy being a Mom to a little one and getting up that early to begin your hectic day.
Have you been trying new foods , or altering some favorites to fit your needs ?
I'm assuming you just eat weightwatchers food but I wasn't sure  ???

Maybe twice a week I eat their pizza for lunch...otherwise i cook my food..

This is the type of diet Meddie should be following.  It doesn't have to be a BB diet, but it should not be a sugary drink and trail mix diet either.   :)

I had lost 40 lbs and have gained about 20 back. prolly from just being a slacker... but am trying to do cardio 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each. and also have not stopped trying build muscle. I really appreciate your advice on this thread.

Medford, it's been more than a week.   After seeing what you posted recently in the "post what you eat" thread, I think that you need to regroup, clean up your diet, FOCUS on your diet, and keep us posted with more details!

I want to come down and train with you, but you gotta make an effort too!  Use this thread to hold yourself more accountable woman!!!

I think Mikes advice on this matter is good.  Not sure whats up between you 2 guys but his advice to Medford was good.  Have to admitt when i heard med say she was "nibbling all day" I was concerned also, WTF does that mean. 

Sorry but Medford is doomed from the way she is responding in this thread.  I predict it will NOt happen for her.  She is not ready to lose the weight yet.

But what I dont understand about Mike's advice is that he stated to cut back on red meat..I eat 3 oz of red meat a day and since feb 8 I have lost 27 llbs. Grant it my diet is very strict and havent steared from it and train 6 days a week straight cardio
