I'm doing very well. I'm at the gym at 5:30 every am..which means I'm up at 5. I'm up to 50 mintues of moderate to high cardio. Food intake is going super well. My second weigh in at weight watchers was -4.8 which brings first two week total to minus 13.6 llbs. Before I started the gym on 2/8 I was suffering from sleep apnea and in the process of getting my breathing machine. Now I sleep through the night and I dont even have the breathing machine and I dont think I will order one. I feel soo much better and have a long road ahead of me. As long as I keep doing what I'm doing. Thanks for asking by the way.

You are doing really good , and that's great news about the apnea , it's hard to sleep with that machine and you're already getting better sleep without it

I give you credit for all the hard work you're doing , it ain't easy being a Mom to a little one and getting up that early to begin your hectic day.
Have you been trying new foods , or altering some favorites to fit your needs ?
I'm assuming you just eat weightwatchers food but I wasn't sure
